Acceptance of Terms

By accessing vaayaa.com, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

Orders

Once you successfully purchase a course, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Course access is provided digitally after successful payment. The confirmation email acknowledges your transaction and may include relevant order details and access instructions.

vaayaa reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, payment failure, technical errors, or other legitimate reasons.

Payment

We accept payment methods made available at checkout, which may include:

• Credit and debit cards
• UPI
• Net banking
• Other supported digital payment methods

All payments must be completed successfully before access to paid course content is granted. Payment processing is handled through third-party payment service providers (currently Razorpay and Cashfree), subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies. vaayaa does not store your card, UPI PIN or net banking credentials.

Course Access

Upon purchase, you receive 1825 days access to course content. Access links are personal and non-transferable. Sharing access links violates these terms.

Access Link & Fair Usage: Your course access link is personal and intended only for your own use. Sharing, transferring, or allowing others to use your access link is not permitted. Our automated fair-usage and security system may detect such activity and permanently restrict access. In cases of misuse, you may be required to purchase the course again to regain access.

Digital Course Access and Refunds

All courses offered on vaayaa are digital, text-based learning products. Access to purchased course content is provided after successful payment.

All course purchases are non-refundable. Since the complete digital course content becomes accessible immediately after purchase, refunds cannot be processed once the purchase is completed, except where required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the course description and details before completing a purchase.

Certificates

Certificates are issued upon course completion. They include QR verification and represent completion of the course material. Certificates are for personal professional use.

Intellectual Property

All course content, text, learning materials, branding, design, and other website materials are owned by vaayaa™ or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use purchased course materials for personal learning. You must not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or commercially exploit the content without prior written permission.

Use of Website

You agree to use vaayaa only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the website or its systems
• Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions or abusive activities
• Attempting to bypass payment, access controls, or security measures
• Copying, redistributing, or reselling course content without authorization

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access and legal action where appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

vaayaa provides text-based micro-diploma and micro-degree courses for educational and professional development purposes. We strive to provide accurate content and reliable access but do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, employment opportunities, or professional results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, vaayaa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its website, courses, or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these terms or the use of vaayaa's services shall be submitted to the competent courts in India having jurisdiction over the matter.
