Develop high-quality assessments, question banks, knowledge checks and answer explanations for vaayaa text-based Micro-Diploma and Micro-Degree courses.
This is a remote contract role. You can work from anywhere in India. Experience level: 2 to 5 years.
What you will do
- Write objective and scenario-based questions aligned with course learning outcomes
- Prepare answer keys, explanations, difficulty levels and assessment blueprints
- Check that questions test understanding rather than simple memorization
- Find ambiguous wording, duplicate questions and incorrect answer keys
- Work with course authors, instructional designers and quality reviewers
- Maintain reusable assessment templates and question bank documentation
What you bring
- 2 to 5 years of experience in assessment development, educational content, instructional design or exam preparation
- Strong written English and analytical skills
- Ability to write clear questions and well-reasoned answer explanations
- Familiarity with learning outcomes, assessment rubrics and question classification
- Strong attention to accuracy, consistency and originality
