Grow learner engagement and repeat enrollments through relevant, measurable and permission-based email communication.
This is a remote contract role. You can work from anywhere in India. Experience level: 2 to 5 years.
What you will do
- Plan onboarding, course discovery, engagement and re-engagement email journeys
- Segment audiences using consented and behavioral data
- Write and test subject lines, messages and calls to action
- Monitor delivery, engagement, unsubscribe and conversion metrics
- Coordinate transactional and promotional emails with operations
- Maintain suppression lists, consent records and email compliance standards
What you bring
- 2 to 5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM operations or lifecycle marketing
- Strong copywriting, segmentation and campaign analysis skills
- Familiarity with email automation and deliverability basics
- Understanding of consent, unsubscribe handling and privacy requirements
- A data-driven approach to retention and customer communication
