This is a remote contract role. You can work from anywhere in India. Experience level: 2 to 5 years.
What you will do
- Analyze visitor journeys and find friction in course discovery and checkout
- Build evidence-based ideas for improving conversion rates
- Plan and evaluate controlled experiments where traffic allows
- Review landing pages, pricing messages, forms and mobile usability
- Work with engineering, design and analytics on approved improvements
- Document experiment results, limits and follow-up actions
What you bring
- 2 to 5 years of experience in conversion optimization, growth analytics or product experimentation
- Understanding of funnel metrics, event tracking and statistical interpretation
- Familiarity with web analytics and experimentation tools
- Ability to tell correlation apart from real causal impact
- Strong written communication and teamwork across functions
