Build and manage productive relationships with affiliates, campus Envoys, professional communities and other referral channels that bring learners to vaayaa.
This is a remote contract role. You can work from anywhere in India. Experience level: 2 to 5 years.
What you will do
- Recruit and qualify new affiliate and Envoy partners
- Create partner onboarding materials and communication plans
- Coordinate campaign launches, referral tracking and partner support
- Review referral quality, conversion performance and commission exceptions
- Work with growth and operations teams to resolve attribution disputes
- Find high-performing partners and grow scalable partner programs
What you bring
- 2 to 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, channel partnerships, referral programs or partner management
- Understanding of tracking links, attribution and conversion reporting
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with partner dashboards and performance metrics
- Commitment to transparent, compliant and honest promotion
